We are excited to be hosting a one-day virtual conference on Saturday May 29th, 2021!
In response to the changes that we've had to adopt as educators during the pandemic, and as we all wait to hear what the post-pandemic future of our profession looks like, our theme this year is "Where Do We Go From Here?" Which elements of online teaching will you incorporate into future face-to-face classes? What has teaching online taught you about student engagement?
CALL is seeking proposals for short PechaKucha presentations—20 slides and 20 seconds of commentary per slide—sharing practical ideas for teaching Communications and General Education courses online. Share an activity, strategy, or practice that has helped you to make your online teaching more effective or rewarding.
Please submit your 100-200 word proposal to email@example.com by Friday March 19th.
Download the full CFP in PDF format.
Information about speakers, topics, and registration will be posted to this website as it becomes available.
We look forward to welcoming you to our next in-person conference at Algonquin College in May 2022!
