CALL is committed to hosting inclusive, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully in the content, materials and activities.
To that end, there are multiple ways to register for the conference, based on your needs. Options include the full three-day conference (including keynote presentations and all meals), one-day registration for our full day of faculty-led sessions (Thursday), and registration for virtual access to the sessions.
CALL takes great pride in keeping the rates for our conferences affordable and reasonable. Conference registration rates help us cover the costs of meals, refreshments, technical support, high-level keynote presentations, and other conference-related expenses.
Regular rates for the 2024 conference are as follows:

Full-Time Faculty Attendee (CAD 325.00)

Other-Than-Full-Time Faculty Attendee (CAD 250.00)

Non-Faculty Attendee (CAD 325.00)

One-Day Attendee (Thursday Only - CAD 225.00)

Virtual Attendee (streams of both keynotes and all sessions - CAD 75.00)

As always, we will be offering an Early-Bird Discount Rate of 15% for those who register before April 5th, 2024. Use promotion code #EARLYBIRD_15 when registering to receive the discount!

A discounted Presenter Rate will also be available and will be communicated to presenters by the local organizing committee.

We are also committed to reducing financial barriers within our CALL community by sponsoring funding alternatives for our full-time and Other-Than-Fulltime (OTFT) members, including an OTFT Conference Fees Lottery, an OTFT Conference Bursary, and Caregiver and Travel Bursaries.
